Aging + Life Transitions

If you or your loved one are struggling with how to navigate aging in place, finding community and support resources, or just need counseling or instruction on how to be a more effective caregiver, I can help.

We live in a society that condemns aging, rather than celebrating it. As a result, our aging services and systems are fractured and inadequate, leaving families to wade through this complicated transition in confusion and isolation. Aging and adjusting to major life transitions is one of the most stressful life events we go through as humans. Family dynamics can be complicated, but finding real-life concrete solutions doesn’t have to be.

I have 20 years of combined experience working in human, aging and life transition services. I have spent years navigating the social service and healthcare industries in Minnesota on behalf of my clients. I use my extensive training in dementia and neuro-cognitive therapy to provide holistic support to individuals and caregivers and facing loss of independence and function.

Aging with grace takes a village.
