Restorative sleep is the bedrock of our overall health and wellness. Improved sleep is directly correlated to improved mental health, physical health, reduced pain, and a host of other symptoms and diseases.

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, sleep education, mindfulness, and behavioral strategies that are highly effective in producing quality sleep for folks facing any number of sleep issues.
Recovering from and managing chronic pain and illness is complex. It requires more than simple medications or exercises. I utilize an intuitive strengthening model to gradually improve strength and mobility, while helping you maintain an inner sense of safety and control.

Whatever physical symptoms you are experiencing, I will meet you where you're at. Together, we will map out your goals and develop a holistic plan for your health and recovery.

If you are experiencing disruptive mental health symptoms -- such as panic attacks, persistent anxiety, numbness or dissociation, or uncontrolled rage -- learning to work with your nervous system can help.
In somatic and embodiment therapy, we work with your symptoms by addressing them where they start: your body's nervous system. Trauma is often stored in the body. When one starts to create a language with the body, resiliency starts to unfold and deeper healing can emerge.
We live in a society that condemns aging, rather than celebrating it. Traversing such weighty life transitions can be complicated, but finding real-life concrete solutions doesn't have to be.
If you or a loved one are struggling with how to navigate aging in place, finding community and support resources, or just need counseling or instruction on how to be a more effective caregiver, I can help.

Yoga marries breath work and meditation with grounding in the physical body. I believe in the practice with my whole heart -- in the power it holds to yield stability and growth in all aspects of life.

I teach small, highly curated yoga classes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I also integrate yoga principles into my 1:1 sessions with individuals when it feels helpful and appropriate, particularly when working with sleep disorders and chronic pain.
